Financial Benefits
Selected participants will receive:
- Global Development Week: A fully funded in-person event in Geneva, Switzerland (expenses covered by ITU and Huawei).
- Virtual Mentorship & Training: Comprehensive online training sessions provided by ITU and Huawei.
- Project Grants:
- Initial funding of $5,000 for all selected fellows.
- An additional $5,000 for projects demonstrating high impact.
- Project Implementation: Fellows will work on self-initiated digital development projects.

Eligibility Criteria
The program is open to applicants worldwide who meet the following requirements:
- Age: Between 18 and 28 years old.
- Leadership & Impact: Must be committed to leading digital initiatives that create meaningful change in their community.
- Educational Background: Applicants should have a background in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) from a university or equivalent institution, either as current students or recent graduates.
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is required.

Program Timeline
