Program Scope

Supported by the Swiss Institute of Particle Physics (CHIPP) and the Swiss Academy of Sciences (SCNAT), the Swiss Summer Student Program offers international students a chance to engage in cutting-edge research for 9 weeks. Participants will work at one of the following top universities in Switzerland:

Eligibility Criteria

This program is open to all nationals, with the following specific eligibility requirements:

  • International Bachelor’s and Master’s degree students in Physics, Applied Physics, Medical Physics, Engineering, Computing Science, and Materials Science.
  • PhD students are not eligible.
  • Applicants must be enrolled as university students throughout the duration of the program.
